CREDX provides digital game credits and related digital services. Digital products are delivered electronically and, once successfully delivered or processed, cannot be returned or reversed.
All transactions processed through CREDX are logged and recorded. Transaction records may include order details, timestamps, delivery confirmation, and system logs to verify successful fulfillment.

Chargebacks resulting from incorrect information, unauthorized use by third parties, or change of mind are not considered valid grounds for reversal.
CREDX encourages customers to contact our official support channels first to resolve any concerns. Many issues can be addressed without initiating a chargeback.
In the event of a chargeback, CREDX reserves the right to submit transaction records, delivery proof, and relevant communication logs to the payment provider or issuing bank as evidence of fulfillment.
CREDX reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts involved in repeated or fraudulent chargeback activity.
